CU Easy Pay
CU Easy Pay is Unison’s FREE online bill payment center. CU Easy Pay is available via It’s Me 247 online banking. Organize your bills online and send payments directly from your checking account to almost any business or individual. Pay bills one-at-a-time or schedule recurring payments for up to one year in advance. This FREE service is available to anyone with a Unison checking account who is signed up for It's Me 247 online banking.
Q. How do I sign up?
Log in to It’s Me 247 to enroll. Click on “Pay My Bills” and it will prompt you to enter the enrollment information.
Q. How long does it take to activate my account?
CU Easy Pay will be activated approximately two business days after enrollment.
Q. What if I’m not signed up for It’s Me 247 online banking?
Stop in at any of our four locations or call us at 920-766-6000. A Financial Services Representative will assign you a temporary password. You will be prompted to change your password the first time you log in. Once you are logged in, proceed as directed above.
Q. What types of bills can I pay?
Pay almost anything through CU Easy Pay. Many businesses – like cable companies and credit card companies – have e-bills that can be sent directly to your CU Easy Pay account. You can also pay “paper” bills that you receive in the mail, like medical bills, by entering the biller’s address into CU Easy Pay and scheduling a payment. CU Easy Pay will print and mail a check. You cannot use Easy Pay to pay taxes or other court-ordered payments such as alimony or child support or to make transfers to brokerage or interest bearing accounts.
Q. How do I set up my bills?
Once you are logged in to CU Easy Pay, click on “Add a Bill.” It will prompt you to enter the setup information.
Q. How far ahead should I schedule my payments?
Payments must be scheduled at least 7-10 days before the bill is due. This extra time is recommended especially when sending checks to individuals or small businesses.
