A Letter from our President and CEO, Mark Hietpas!

Our mission is to provide exceptional service to our members. To follow through with our promise, keep our buildings staffed, and best position ourselves as an employer of choice, we have increased our current hourly wages and set a highly competitive minimum starting pay. With this, like most businesses in the area, we continue to struggle to find employees. As a result, we have decided to temporarily close our Kaukauna North branch effective Thursday, April 14, 2022. This will include the lobby, drive-up, and the night deposit box. This measure has been implemented to help staff our other five locations. For our Kaukauna North members, the closest and most convenient location to visit will be our Kaukauna South and Little Chute branches! You can also utilize our It’sMe247 Online Banking Services or visit us at unisoncu.org. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause you, and thank you for choosing Unison as your Credit Union!

Heart of the Valley Awards Banquet

At the Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Awards Event, we were honored to receive the Cornerstone Award! Since 1932, we have strived to provide exceptional member service and support the communities we serve. Our roots started in a small room in the Thilmany Mill – to provide mill employees and their families a safe place to save and borrow. We now have six locations throughout NE WI and continue to work hard every day with the same goal and mission that we did in 1932. We were so honored to be recognized for our dedication and commitment to this community!
