Fraudulent Text Message Activity
Some of our members have reported receiving text messages about unusual debit card activity, which prompts them to call a scam phone number. Please DO NOT engage with these texts, and if you have questions or concerns about this, call 920.766.6000 or visit a branch to speak with one of our team members.
Never provide your PIN, online banking credentials, or other sensitive information to anyone who calls or texts you to ask for it – even if they claim to be us. We will never ask for that kind of information over the phone, by text, or by email.
If you believe you may have given your information by mistake, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to protect your accounts.

- Change your Online Banking password.
- Refresh Online Banking security questions.
- Set up Online Banking notifications to actively monitor your account activity.
