De Pere and Green Bay Area
1. Historic Astor Park District

Here you’ll find timeless elegance with original hardwood floors, gorgeous crown moulding, and vintage wood burning fireplaces inside of storied walls of the historic district’s homes. The neighborhood is rich in history, from South Adams Street where French fur traders created cabins in 1745 to Madison Street where Wisconsin’s first grist mill was built in 1797.

2. Olde Allouez

4. Near Heesakker Park

This well-kept, established neighborhood is located at the edge of a family-friendly park with paved trails and recreational areas – the park also features a bow-string pedestrian bridge that connects to Island Park. Kaukauna Area
5. Winchester Park Neighborhood

Kaukauna’s Winchester Park neighborhood is known for its quiet subdivision, wooded yards, and gorgeous, large trees. Directly behind the neighborhood and across from County Road CE, you’ll find Kaukauna High School. 6. City Park Historic District

From the Fox River Paper Company Historic District to the West Prospect Historic District and other nearby neighborhoods, find Victorian styles to the treasured, clean-lined mid-century ranch. Homeowners in this area rave about the diverse architecture that gives the area its remarkable appeal.

7. Erb Park Area

Slightly north of the classic character homes near the Fox River and Wisconsin Avenue, you’ll find another beloved collection of homes near Erb Park in Appleton.
“One of the highly sought-after neighborhoods in Appleton is in the Erb Park area,” explains Maufort. “There is an abundance of affordable character homes and beautiful cape cods in this established neighborhood.”
The nearly 40-year-old Erb Park was also recently renovated with updated aquatic amenities, basketball and tennis courts, and more.
“You now have this all summer long, some place to come. I can’t imagine being a neighborhood kid around here. They’ll be able to drive up on their bike,” shared City of Appleton Parks and Recreation Director Dean Gazza in a NBC26 article.
