Visa® Credit Card Upgrade!

1. When can I use this new card? New cards can be used starting Monday, December 11, 2023. They cannot be used prior to that date.
2. When will my old card stop working? Old cards will no longer work after Sunday, December 10, 2023.
3. Why can’t I activate my new card immediately like I always have in the past? We have made the decision to change credit card processors to provide you with enhanced features and benefits like contactless payment options. These benefits required all cardholders receive a brand-new Unison Credit Card. During this change, usage of the new card and the old card can not overlap. Sunday, December 10th, will be the last day you can use your old card, Monday, December 11th is the first day that you can use your new card. You can begin to activate your new card on December 9th, but again, you will not be able to use it for purchases until Monday, December 11, 2023.
4. Can I still pay my credit card payment like I have in the past? Yes, absolutely! You may pay in person at any of our branches, by mail, or through Online banking. 
5. I am a Unison Visa Rewards cardholder; will I still earn rewards with my new card? Yes! You will begin to earn points with the new rewards program on Monday, December 11^th, 2023. Soon, we will have a link on our website for you to check out the details for the new program and create an account to access your points!
6. What happens to my old points? Your current points will expire on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. Be sure to use them before they expire. They will not be carried on to the new program.
7. Has my limit Changed? No, your credit card limit is exactly the same as it was with your old card.
8. What new features will I have? In addition to the new look, we now offer contactless cards. This will allow members to tap their card at the checkout terminal instead of swiping or inserting the card. This is a new, quick, and convenient way to pay!
9. Why am I getting a new card? We have recently made the decision to change credit card processors to provide you with enhanced features and benefits like contactless payment options. These benefits required all cardholders to receive a brand-new Unison Credit Card. We are very excited about this new feature and the new design of our credit cards!
