Your Finances in the New Normal
March 30, 2020
Life is certainly different now than it was this time last year, pre-COVID-19. While we’re all hoping to get back to business-as-usual sooner than later, right now, we’ve entered a new normal, including in our financial lives.
Amid all the unknowns, here are a few things you can count on as a Unison Credit Union member:
Your money is safe here – Your credit union savings are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to at least $250,000 and are backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government. For more information about how the NCUA insures your deposits, read their “How Your Accounts Are Federally Insured” brochure
You can access your Unison accounts in a variety of social-distancing safe ways:
- Unison Drive-Thrus Note: temporary limited hours during COVID-19 pandemic.
- It’s Me 247 Mobile Banking – including mobile check deposit, pay anyone, online loan application, eSign document signing and more
- It’s Me 247 Online Banking – including Online Bill Pay, e-Statements and eAlerts, and text banking, and more
- Fee-free Unison ATMs
- Watch for future blogs detailing the different remote account access options available to Unison members
We’re here for you – With reduced working hours and mandatory closing of many businesses across the state, you may be looking for ways to bridge your financial needs right now. Our member advisors are ready to help you explore possible solutions, and they’re just an email or phone call away at (920) 766-6000.
The one thing we know about the new normal is that it’s anything but normal. Be assured that we’re in it with you and will continue to do our best to serve and assist you with your finances during this trying time. Thank you for your membership and trust in Unison Credit Union.
