With It’s Me 247 Text Banking, you can check your account balances, recent transactions, loan details, and more—all by sending a simple text. This service makes staying connected to your finances easy anytime, anywhere.

With It’s Me 247 Text Banking, you can:
  • Check balances for savings, checking, and loan accounts
  • View loan and credit card payment information
  • Receive eAlerts and eNotices for account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and payment reminders
  • Secure access using nicknames instead of account numbers

How to Get Started

  • Log in to It’s Me 247 Online Banking.
  • Under the “Go Mobile” tab on our website or “More” tab in the mobile app, click “Text Banking” to enroll.
  • Once enrolled, send text commands to IM247 (46247) to get account updates.

Common Text Commands:

  • BAL – Get the balance for all eligible accounts
  • BAL [Nickname] – Get the balance for a specific account (e.g., BAL Checking)
  • BAL [Nickname] [Suffix] – Get the balance for a specific membership and account combination
  • STOP – Turn off all text banking
  • HELP – Receive help with un-enrollment

Important Details

  • The first 100 texts are free each month. After that, each message costs $0.05. The fee is deducted from your account at the beginning of the following month.
  • Each message counts—both outgoing and incoming texts (for example, sending a balance request and receiving the balance, which both count as one message each).
